West Yellowstone, MT
This passed Christmas Break I also got the pleasure of going on a Father-Son trip to West Yellowstone National Park, MT. Dad & I met up with some friends from back home and spent two days snowmobiling in the mountains. Neither Dad or I had every ridden sleds in the mountains. The first day was truely an eye opener, but the second day we had our revenge! There is no better feeling than having the throttle strapped, maxing out those RPMs, and doing a wheelie up the mountain side!
Marco Island, Florida
This passed Christams break my family took a vacation to Marco Island, Florida. I have never seen a beach covered in so many shells! As far as the eye could see, it was shells. The weather was beautiful. It was 82* and the weather back home was -18*. Every day we walked tens-of-miles of beach collecting cool shells and sand dollars.
I proposed to Megan in the fall of 2013 at Itasca State Park, at the top of the 100 ft high Fire Ranger Tower! Go Pro engagement video to come… :)
Itasca State Park, MN
Sept 29th, 2013 I set up an elaberate plan to propse to my girlfriend of five years. I woke up one morning with a brillant idea and after three days of planning all I had left to do was wait.
Megan & I love to take an annual trip to Itasca State Park every fall to ride the bike trails, walk the Head Waters, and see the leaves change color.
This year ended up being more exciting than the last because she said YES, we are getting marrid in October, 2014!
New York City, New York
July, 2013 I was lucky enough to go on our first family trip in several years! Mom took us to the "Big Apple" and for a small town kid it was like a whole new world! We stuck to our agenda and saw more than I can ever imagine. We had a great time in the "city that nevers sleeps," running out to Time Square at 2 a.m. to get some 2 Bro's Pizza, riding the subway to Yankee Stadium, and riding an eleveator over eight stories to the top of the Empire State Building! This was a trip I will never forget!
